【英文介紹】

Each FBM233 module has a single 10/100Mbps copper Ethernet connection and an RJ-45 module front connector for connecting to dual-port Ethernet devices. The FBM233 is connected to an Ethernet switch or hub in order to communicate with one or up to 64 external devices.

A pair of modules are combined to provide a redundant fieldbus module (FBM) level. In this configuration, one FBM233 is the Master and the other is the tracking module. Whether the input point on the control station updates the network connected to the Master from the input received on the device. Device output points (depending on the I/O driver) are made up of Master and Tracker modules. If a problem is detected (for example, I/O drivers cause any device to lose its heartbeat; Alternatively, you can change the SMDH role at any time. The general network configuration shown in Figure 1 is displayed.

allocator

The FDSI configurator sets up the FBM233 port and the XML-based device profile. The port configurator allows you to easily set communication parameters for each port (for example, dynamic host Configuration Protocol IP address). Device configurator is not required for all devices, but when required, it configure-specific and point-specific considerations (e.g., scan rate, address of data to be transferred, and amount of data to be transferred at a time).

Controls

A pair of FBM233 can access a maximum of 64 devices to read and write data.
